The registry contains system-level case and research reports that cross multiple patterns. Each report records operating constraints, failure history, architecture decisions, evidence boundaries, and conditions for transfer to another setting.

These cases reconstruct architecture changes from public code, pull requests, tests, and documentation. They are listed separately from contributor-attributed case reports.
