Team

Founders, advisors, and the expert group.

ADPS is not a single-author hero narrative. It is a small engineering community carrying Chinese practitioners' field experience into the global conversation about agent architecture. The four founding members each anchor one of the forces this work needs: architecture language, software engineering, open-source ecosystem, enterprise deployment. An advisor and an expert group extend that base into frontier research, knowledge engineering, and reference implementation.

ENTERPRISE SAAS · FINTECH · PRODUCTION FEEDBACK

Vice President, co-founder, and founding shareholder of Shanghai Dongfang Yiteng Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for technology and product. The Dongfang Yiteng core team comes from the banking internet-channel domain and focuses on SaaS services in the banking and broader-finance ecosystem. Its Xinxiangtong SaaS matrix has joint-operation arrangements with 20+ banks, serves 50,000+ enterprise customers, and is undergoing a full transformation from a SaaS product matrix to an agents-based system.

Contribution: enterprise deployment feedback; FinTech SaaS-to-agent transformation; source of real business constraints.

Advisor

Joey Tianyi Zhou (周天异)

A*STAR IAIC Agent Chapter Director. Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore. Co-author of the two-axis framework paper (arXiv 2605.13850).

Expert Group

Haofen Wang (王昊奋)

KNOWLEDGE GRAPH · KNOWLEDGE-ENHANCED LLM · SYSTEMATIZATION

Tenured Professor and doctoral supervisor at Tongji University, focused on knowledge graphs and knowledge-enhanced large language models. His core open-source work includes OpenSPG (an enterprise knowledge graph), KAG-Thinker (the first open-source knowledge-enhanced reasoning model, 10k+ GitHub stars), MemOS (a memory-native operating system for LLMs, 1M+ calls/day), and AI-Ceping (an LLM-evaluation crowdsourcing platform, 300k monthly active users) — deployed across airport operations, financial risk control, and in-cabin interaction.

Over the past five years he has published three monographs and 45 papers as first or corresponding author at venues including CVPR, WWW, ICLR, ACL, AAAI, and IJCAI, with 12,700+ Google Scholar citations (6,600+ on a single paper); awards include DASFAA 2025 Best Student Paper and HCII 2024 Best Paper. Founding rotating chair of OpenKG, the largest open Chinese knowledge-graph community; executive editor of Data Intelligence; secretary-general of the CCF NLP Technical Committee; deputy secretary-general of the CIPS Language and Knowledge Computing Committee.

Contribution: systematization rigor — bringing knowledge-graph and knowledge-enhanced-LLM discipline to the pattern language, so the catalog holds together as a navigable, queryable knowledge system rather than a flat list.

Haili Zhang (张海立)

LANGCHAIN AMBASSADOR · OPEN SOURCE · REFERENCE IMPLEMENTATION

Author of the LangGraph in Action and LangChain in Action practical guides, LangChain Ambassador, and LFAPAC open-source evangelist. A Bilibili creator with a following in the tens of thousands, long focused on the practical landing and advocacy of GenAI, cloud-native, and frontier internet technology.

Contribution: reference-implementation supplement — mapping each ADPS pattern to its LangChain / LangGraph realization so the pattern language has runnable code anchors in the most widely adopted agent framework.

The four forces, combined

The four founders together represent four forces:

  1. Architecture language — sediment messy experience into a two-axis framework, a pattern matrix, and design philosophy.
  2. Software engineering — place agents back into R&D productivity, complex systems, and real project evaluation.
  3. Open-source ecosystem — connect the pattern language to runnable harnesses, community collaboration, and engineering implementations.
  4. Enterprise deployment — feed back real constraints from banking, broader-finance, SaaS, and organizational transformation into the framework.
